Ayurvedic Foot Massage

The art of Ayurvedic Foot Massage, or Padabhyanga, has its roots in Ayurveda and includes a combination of various massage and Reflexology techniques, Kasa bowl work, dosha oils (olive, sesame, jojaba oils) and Marma Therapy.

 

An Ayurvedic Foot Massage relaxes the nervous system, balances energy, relieves pain, and increased blood and lymph circulation. It also helps with the detoxification of the body and some of the many benefits include increased circulation in the feet and legs, increased mobility in the lower limbs, restores and rebalances the body’s natural energy, and promotes improved sleep. Ayurvedic Foot Massage is not a substitute for necessary medical treatment.
